Cancellation

ancellation notification must be given to Golfantastic during normal business hours (8:15Am – 5:15PM GMT 7 – Monday through Friday) and shall be accepted by “written notice” email/ letter. No refunds are available under any circumstance for cancellations made due to golf course closure or weather conditions.
Between 15-8 days prior to tour commencing date: 50% non-refundable
Between 7-5 days prior to tour commencing date:75% non-refundable.
4 days prior to the tour commencing date: 100% non-refundable
